Our Staff Strength
We have at the moment eight(8) experienced members of staff. They are competent, dedicated and honest. We attach importance to our staff welfare and continuously motivate them to bring labour turnover to barest minimum so as to achieve high productivity.
We have put up a very good reward system in order to provide fair and reasonable salaries equitably applied and to pay employees a wage above the industry’s average for staff retention.
We have always encouraged effective communication and good relationships amongst the staff members so as to give each employee the opportunity to express his/her opinion freely regarding policies and working conditions etc. The eight staff are those in our payroll at the moment. We also outsource some professionals to work for us when the need arises.
