The company was incorporated in Nigeria in 2008. Our core business line is construction, also provides procurement and supplies services.
We have a team of experts with core-construction background ranging from civil engineers, architects and other professionals whose experiences span over 15 years in the industry.
Xspeedo has constructed and delivered a good number of turnkey projects amongst them are roads and residential and non-residential buildings. Renovated office complexes at Victoria Island (V.I) and Ikoyi, Lagos.
The company has since inception built a good team and everybody in the organization works towards achieving the stated goals and objectives. One of the factors that drives our performance is sticking to the knitting that is concentrating our resources in doing what we know how to do best.
We also believe in simple form lean staff and uphold learning organization concepts in which knowledge can be easily transferred from those that have it to those that don’t have it.
The company is continuously updating and keying into new technological innovations to meet international standards in construction and delivery of its services. It also tries to get close to its clients/customers at all times so as to find out their needs/wants and satisfy them. We usually go beyond customers’ expectations in our service delivery.
